Return & Exchange Policy
1. Limited Drop Policy
VANDRL products are released in limited quantities. Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, returns are not accepted once an order is delivered.
2. Size Exchange
We offer one-time size exchange only if requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions:
• Item must be unused
• Original tags must be intact
• Product must be in original packaging
Shipping charges for exchange may apply.
3. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Worn or used products
• Items without original tags
• Items damaged by the customer
• Limited drop items after exchange window
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed if the product is out of stock for replacement or cannot be exchanged.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
